At Taos Footwear, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a different style, we are here to make your exchange or return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

    Print Your Label

    Select your reason for return and choose between a refund or an exchange; once confirmed, download and print your prepaid UPS shipping label.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Shoes

    Place your unworn footwear back into its original Taos shoe box and secure it inside a shipping carton, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
